Here's how to participate in Mastercard presale from 28 July (Mon), 2pm - 28 July (Mon), 11:59pm.
- Mastercard cardholders have special access to presale tickets for Jam Hsiao "Wild/Mild" World Tour in Singapore 2025.
- Simply complete the ticket purchase using a valid Mastercard.
- After selecting your seat(s) and payment method, you will need to input your Mastercard card details to complete the ticket purchase.
- You cannot proceed with the payment if the credit/debit card used is not a Mastercard.

- Mastercard Presale will begin from 28 July (Mon), 2pm - 28 July (Mon), 11:59pm via Ticketmaster.sg.

- ACTIVATE your account through the activation email in your inbox.

When you have successfully subscribed, log in to your account on this website and proceed to click on the below link under “Live Nation Presale” to access Jam Hsiao "Wild/Mild" World Tour in Singapore 2025. Live Nation presale on 29 July 2025, 2pm till 29 July 2025, 11:59pm SGT local time. Limited tickets available.
