HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE:
1. Sign up for a Weverse account.
2. Get your CARAT MEMBERSHIP.
3. Register for the CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE during the registration period.
※ Registration period: 2025.11.06 (Thu) 11am SGT - 2025.11.11 (Tue), 10:59am SGT
4. Your CARAT MEMBERSHIP will be your presale code, which is inclusive of all alphabets and numbers without any spacing. (E.g. SC123456789)
 
You MUST register on Weverse during the REGISTRATION PERIOD as stated above, to be eligible for the CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on 2025.11.18 (Tue).

Here’s how to get your tickets during the CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE!

1. You MUST have an account with Ticketmaster SG in order to purchase the tickets. Sign up for an account here.

2. Log in to your Ticketmaster.sg account before the presale starts.

3. Search/Select “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN SINGAPORE”.

4. Click on “Buy Tickets” when the presale starts at 10am on 18 November. The link will be active when the presale starts.

5. Once clicked, you will be redirected to CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE - Exclusive Ticketing Page on Ticketmaster.sg.

6. Enter your promo code (your CARAT MEMBERSHIP Number in full, which is inclusive of 2 alphabets and 9 numbers without any spacing) in the blank field and click “Submit” to choose your tickets. 

※ You can purchase up to only (4) tickets per event date per membership for CARAT MEMBERSHIP PRESALE.

※ Limited to only (4) tickets per event date per transaction for LIVE NATION PRESALE.
